Recreation Centers are just part of Sun City West's $70 million recreation facilities. At the centers you'll fine indoor and outdoor swimming pools and spas, exercise facilities, arts and crafts workshops, meeting and hobby rooms, theaters, card rooms, walking and running paths, tennis courts, bowling lanes, lawn bowling, bocce, miniature golf, a softball diamond, pool and billiard tables, and much more.

Arts, Crafts and Hobbies

Needlepoint, weaving, jewelry making, ceramics, computers, model railroading, cabinetry and carpentry, metal working, the dramatic arts, music, painting, photography, and dance are just some of the facilities available. A modest annual fee covers unlimited use of the facilities except golf and bowling.

Clubs

There's a club for every art, craft and hobby -- there are clubs for ballroom dancing, round dancing, square dancing and tap dancing. There are bridge clubs, chess clubs, computer clubs, motorcycle clubs, RV clubs, bicycle clubs, antique car clubs, and car modification clubs as well as social clubs and home-state clubs where you can find the people who used to live where you grew up.
