Doug Belleville

Doug has extensive real estate knowledge, having been directly involved in over 1,200 real estate transaction in the last few years.

He has been in real estate full time since 1993, and has sold real estate in Michigan and California. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker in Arizona.  For over 5 years Doug was the Designated Broker of a real estate company located in Sun City West, AZ.

Doug was born and raised in Michigan, but spent many years in the Princeton, New Jersey area where he owned a business that managed the international reinsurance operations of several US and foreign insurance companies. Prior to starting his own business Doug had been president and a director of an insurance company.

After 31 years in the insurance business, Doug retired in 1985 at the age of 51. Since 'retiring' he has been involved with computer systems programming, land development, residential construction, and real estate.
